Michal Janíček
Trainee attorney. Mgr. Michal Janíček is a graduate of Masaryk University Law Faculty. During his studies, he concentrated mainly on commercial law and private international law. He then focused on developing his skills in both areas during his one-year stay at Vienna University, where he also studied German. Michal Janíček is also interested in economics, especially the Austrian School of Economics.
Even his thesis “Economic Crisis and its Impact on Economic and Legal Systems” dealt with the links between law and economics.
In our office, Michal Janíček is specialised in commercial law and is also in charge of the general agenda.
Mr Janíček speaks English and German.
